It makes sense that you feel that healthcare or hospitals can feel more like a factory than anything else, at the same time I don't think people in low or middle countries will get access to the same tech others do. Just think about the fact that ChatGPT plus costs 20 bucks p/month and in those countries that means more money...Most will be using the free version. Those countries already face a lot of disparity as the gap between rich and poor is big. I'm not sure how is that going to make things cheaper. Any foreign tech costs extra and disguised under demand you can also come up with many arguments. That's the sad part. I hold a lot of hope in advancements , drug discovery, research, therapies but at the beginning only being available for very few...
