Just think about the fact that ChatGPT plus costs 20 bucks p/month and in those countries that means more money...Most will be using the free version. Those countries already face a lot of disparity as the gap between rich and poor is big. I'm not sure how is that going to make things cheaper. Any foreign tech costs extra and disguised under demand you can also come up with many arguments. That's the sad part.
